At Klub Venus, we respect your privacy. That’s why all orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. The name "Klub Venus" won’t appear on the package, your receipt, or your bank statement.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return any unopened and unused products. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@klubvenus.dk. For hygiene reasons, products sealed in plastic or other packaging must remain unopened, otherwise we can't accept the return.
