Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, so we do our very best to accommodate your request!

If you regret a purchase, unopened and unused products can be returned to us. You just have to inform us about the return no later than 14 days after receiving the product. You do this by sending us an email at hello@klubvenus.dk

MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, WHAT DO I DO?

If you receive a defective product, first of all we want to say a big, fat apology! It's not them good vibes we normally drive in this store 😉

Send us an email at hello@klubvenus.dk with a picture, video or a detailed description of the problem, and we will look into it and if it not can be solved, we will replace it with a new product.

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE PLACE?

If you would like to exercise your right of return or if your product is defective, simply send us an email at hello@klubvenus.dk

We will then assess the case. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in shipping-friendly packaging. You will be sent a return label from us, which you simply have to put on the packaging and hand the package over to your nearest parcel shop.

When returning, the item must be in such a condition that it can be resold. Therefore, products sealed with plastic or other forms of sealing must not be broken, for reasons of hygiene.

If the item's original packaging has been opened, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return.
If you wish to test a product without using it, you can do this by appointment in Klub Venus' showroom at Admiralgade 20, København K.
