We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy for KlubVenus ApS . Here you can read more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted and what rights you have as a registered person.

1. GENERAL

1.1 Klub Venus ApS ("Klub Venus" "Klubvenus.dk" "our", "us" or "we") are data controllers for the processing of the personal data we have received from you. You will find our contact information under point. 7.

1.2 In this personal data policy, you can read how Klub Venus collects and processes information that concerns you, including for what purposes we process the personal data, how we secure the information we receive and what rights you have.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

2.1 When you visit Klubvenus.dk, our system automatically collects information about you and your use of our website. The data the system registers includes information about which browser you use, which words, products and categories you search for, your IP address, network location and information about your computer, mobile or tablet, which enables us to improve your user experience and optimize Klubvenus.dk's functions, just as we use the information to carry out relevant marketing. The legal basis for our processing of your data in connection with visits to the website can be found in the data protection regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter f. In addition, Klubvenus.dk uses cookies in accordance with Klub Venus' cookie policy. This processing is based on your consent, cf. the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter a.

2.2 When you sign up for Club Venus' direct marketing, for example our Facebook page, newsletter, push messages or the like, we register your name, your email address and other voluntary information that you provide yourself in connection with registration. The purpose is to be able to deliver relevant marketing to you. The legal basis for this is the data protection regulation, art. 6, subsection 1, letter a.

2.3 When you buy a product on klubvenus.dk or communicate with us via our website, we register the information you provide yourself, such as your name, your address, your email address, your phone number, payment method, delivery method, IP address, and which products you have purchased and possibly returned to us. This information is registered so that we can deliver the products that you have ordered, and also manage and comply with your rights to return and complain about a product, cf. the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b. This information may also be used to inform you of a recall of a product or other information we are required to inform you of by law. Information about your purchases via our website is also collected so that we can comply with legal requirements for bookkeeping and accounting, cf. the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter c. When we register your IP address, it is because Klubvenus.dk is interested in preventing and preventing fraud. The legal basis for this is the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter f.

2.4 When you enter into a cooperation agreement with us either as a private person or in a commercial context, we register information about your name, your company or private address, your e-mail, your telephone number, method of delivery, IP address, as well as other relevant information that is exchanged in connection with the collaboration. The purpose of collecting and storing this information is to evaluate a potential cooperation agreement, as well as to deliver the products that you have requested in accordance with the agreement. Information that you provide yourself is processed in order to be able to take measures at your request prior to entering into a cooperation agreement, cf. the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter b.

2.5 When you answer questionnaires, we register information about your name and e-mail address, as well as information about your sexual relationships and health information, if the questionnaire requires an answer to this. The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain knowledge according to the specific study. The legal basis for this is the data protection regulation art. 6, subsection 1, letter a and art. 9, subsection 2, letter a.


3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Klub Venus transfers information about your name, your address, your e-mail address, your order number and delivery requests to DAO, GLS or another carrier that handles the shipping and delivery of the goods you have purchased from us. In addition, your information may be passed on to business partners who assist us in connection with our business activities, including e.g. lenders.

3.2 As we use external partners for, among other things, technical operations, improvements to the website, collection of permissions for sending out newsletters, participation in competitions, pop-ups, relevant marketing and evaluation of our company and products, information about your name and email address may be entrusted to these. In connection with your purchase of goods on our website, Trustpilot sends an email on behalf of our company with an invitation to rate our products and services. It is completely optional whether you want to make a review and you can choose to use a name of your choice. We only use the provided e-mail address to verify that a purchase has been made at Club Venus. If you accept the invitation, you must be aware that the data responsibility for your personal information in this connection is transferred to Trustpilot.

3.3 When you pay for your item(s), you will be forwarded to our payment providers Shopify payments, NETS, Paypal, viabill. The information you provide will be kept completely confidential by the recipients. Only the payment provider has access to information about your payment card. Klub Venus does not get access to information about your payment card.

3.4 Information collected as part of a collaboration will only be stored for internal use, unless it is necessary to fulfill a purpose in connection with the collaboration agreement, or if a dispute arises that necessitates disclosure to legal bodies and authorities .

3.5 When you participate in a questionnaire survey, the information will be collected through the chosen questionnaire provider.

3.6 Some of our external data processors, for example Google Analytics v/Google LLC., Facebook Inc., Klaviyo Inc., SurveyMonkey Inc., are established outside the EU, specifically in the USA. Transfer of personal data to our data processors in third countries is secured through valid transfer guarantees using the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Regulations.

 

4. YOUR RIGHTS

4.1 In order to create maximum openness and transparency around our processing of your personal information, we as the data controller must inform you about your rights.

4.2 The right of access

4.2.1 You have the right at any time to ask for information about which data we have registered about you, what purposes your data serves, which categories of personal information we have registered about you, who receives and processes the information, as well as where our data comes from about you is collected.

4.2.2 You have the right to, per mail, to be sent a copy of the personal information we have registered and process about you. If you wish to be sent such a copy, you must send our customer service a written request at hello@klubvenus.dk . We only forward personal information that is directly linked to the email address to which the request was made. In other words, you cannot receive information linked to a different email address than the one you contact us at.

4.3 The right to rectification

4.3.1 You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us, so that we do not use incorrect information about you when you use the company's services. If you discover that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you must make us aware of this by contacting our customer service in writing by email, so that we can correct the error.

4.4 The right to erasure

4.4.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have all or parts of your personal data deleted by us. This applies, for example, if you revoke your consent and we have no legal basis to continue processing your data. If continued processing of your personal information is necessary, for example in cases where we have to comply with our legal obligations in order for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended in connection with a police investigation, we are not obliged to delete the information we have registered on you.

Deletion of personal information can only be done retroactively. If you request to have your information deleted, you must be aware that information about you will be collected again if you use our company's services or services in the future.

4.5 The right to restrict processing to storage

4.5.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only, if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.

4.6 The right to data portability

4.6.1 In certain cases, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that you yourself have given us in a machine-readable format, just as you have the right to transfer personal data about yourself to another data controller.

4.7 The right to object

4.7.1 You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information for the purposes of direct marketing, including the profiling, segmentation and analysis that we carry out in order to make our communications and marketing relevant to you.

4.7.2 You have the right, for reasons relating to your personal situation, to object to our processing of your personal information, which we do on the basis of our legitimate interest, cf. 2.1 and 2.3.

4.8 The right to withdraw consent

4.8.1 You have the right to withdraw your consent to direct marketing, e.g. newsletters. If you wish to revoke your consent, you must contact us in writing at hello @klubvenus.dk cf. section 4.2.2. A revocation of your consent does not apply to the processing carried out before the revocation.

4.9 The right to complain

4.9.1 You have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with the Danish Data Protection Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, about our company's processing of your personal information. In this connection, your complaint must be submitted either in writing per email to dt@datatilsynet.dk or by phone on +45 33 19 32 00.

COOKIE POLICY

When you visit our website, information is collected about you, which is used to adapt and improve our content and to create more value for the advertisements displayed on the site. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 Information collected about your use of klubvenus.dk cf. 2.1 and 2.2, will either be deleted after a total period of 2 years or will only be available in anonymized form, so that they cannot be traced back to you. This assumes, however, that during this period you have not interacted with our company's services, including visiting our website, making purchases via our website, participating in competitions, reading or clicking on emails, advertisements and pop-ups, etc.

5.2 The personal information that we have collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter is deleted no later than 2 years after our last newsletter has been sent to you. It is a prerequisite for the deletion that your consent is withdrawn.

5.3 The personal data that we have collected in connection with purchases you have made on klubvenus.dk will basically be deleted or anonymized, so that they cannot be traced back to you, 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase . This assumes, however, that during this period you have not interacted with our company's services, including visiting our website, making purchases from us, participating in competitions, reading or clicking on emails, push messages, advertisements and pop-ups, etc. However, the information can be stored for a longer period of time if we consider that there is a legitimate need to store it.

5.4 The company's accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year, so that we can meet the Accounting Act's requirements for the storage of accounting material.

5.5 Information collected in connection with the questionnaire will be deleted as soon as the questionnaire is completed. The information will only be published in anonymous mode, unless the respondent consents to the publication of his information. In this case, the information will be deleted as soon as the questionnaire is no longer relevant.
