On the occasion of Mother's Day, we are again holding a Body And Mind workshop, where you will be guided in getting right down to your body, feeling it, being in it and being you. For us, it is important to be able to feel yourself, set limits and feel pleasure - that is why we have teamed up with Johanne, who is a trained Yoga teacher and holistic doula - she will take you safely under her wing for a workshop in the sign of self-love.
So take your mother, friend, sister under your arm and get a breather from everyday life.
Mats and pillows will be set up, and there will be access to some refreshments, so you just have to come as you are.
The workshop will take place on 12 May in Nordic Health House, Hejrevej 30 Kbh NV.
