Read on to find out about the little round wonder that will make you love your daily squeeze-slap-off-squeeze routine.
What a pelvic floor bulge?
Pelvic floor balls are one or two balls in a hard material such as e.g. metal or marble, wrapped in a hygienic material that you can insert into the vagina. Inside the ball is often a smaller ball that can rotate as you move your body. There is always a string at the end so you can easily get the ball out again.
The small impulses and the weight created by the balls cause the muscles in the vagina to contract and make natural squeezing exercises, which is why they also go by the name 'squeezing balls'.
Actually, the pelvic floor balls were originally made to stimulate sexually. But it was quickly discovered that the balls also provided some health benefits - namely a strong and healthy pelvic floor.

Why should I use pelvic floor balls?
Your pelvic floor consists of muscles and tissues which are affected throughout life and will naturally become laxer. This is due, among other things, to age and gravity, which you can't really do much about. But your abdomen is also affected by heavy lifting, running, pregnancy and much more. Here you can easily help your body on its way. And the sooner you start, the better.
You can of course do the classic crunches you may have read about in women's magazines, but it can be difficult to remember to do them and to know if you are doing them correctly. With the balls you get a better feeling of your abdomen and can feel your contractions. Another advantage is that the crunch balls give you faster results than if you do the traditional crunch exercises - just like when you increase the weights when you train your legs or arms in the gym.
7 good reasons to use pelvic floor balls
The 15 minutes of daily exercise have many good purposes. For example can you:
- Avoid incontinence
- Reduce menstrual pain
- Get stronger and better orgasms
- Increase your chance of having orgasms
- Strengthen your abdomen for pregnancy and birth
- Retrain your abdomen after pregnancy and childbirth
- Avoid vaginal prolapse, where your abdomen sinks down.
Can I train myself for better sex?
Yes, you can train yourself for better sex - you can at least train your pelvic floor for better and stronger orgasms by training with the love balls regularly.
Are you upset that your abdomen is not quite as strong as it once was, or does it take up a lot for you that you cannot always hold water, then this can help to affect your sex drive and desire to be closely with partners. By training your abdomen, you will get rid of some of the insecurity that can hinder you in your sex life.

Why do pelvic floor exercises make my orgasms stronger?
When you have a strong pelvic floor, you will achieve greater control over your abdomen, and thus also your orgasms. When you have an orgasm, the muscles in your vagina and pelvic floor contract - and the stronger those muscles are, the stronger the contractions, and thus your orgasms, will be.
How do I use pelvic floor balls?
Start light and increase the weight as the muscles in your abdomen get stronger. You can also choose a set with several weights in it, so you can easily switch between them.
At first it takes some getting used to, but after some time you will be able to do your daily exercises while you are in the shower, doing the laundry or taking a trip to the supermarket. Make sure you create a good routine so that you make it easy for yourself to get trained.

Here you get 9 steps for your pinching routine
1. Empty your bladder before you start.
2. Make sure the pelvic floor balls are clean and lubricate them with a little lubricant so that they are easier to insert into the vagina. Experiment with the amount of lubrication so that the balls are easy to set up but do not slide out again.
3. When you have to put up the pelvic floor balls , the same procedure applies that you may know from when you have to put up a tampon. You can do it standing with legs apart, or one leg slightly raised. If it is difficult to stand, you can lie on the bed and bring the balls up slowly. Breathe deeply and relax your abdomen.
4. The string from the balls should hang outside your vagina so it is easy to grab.
5. Start slowly with your pelvic floor training and find your level. Try starting with 5 minutes a day, where you squeeze for 10-15 seconds, relax for 10 seconds, and squeeze for 10-15 seconds again. At first, it may require a lot of concentration, and you can do the exercises while standing still. If it is difficult to hold the balls in to begin with, you can also do the exercises lying down. Here you can provide a little resistance by pulling down on the string slightly when you pinch. After some time, you will feel ready to exercise your pelvic floor for 15 minutes a day.
6. Preferably train two days in a row and take a one-day break before training two days again. Like all your other muscles, the muscles in your abdomen also benefit from recovery.
7. When you need to get your balls out again , you must relax your abdomen and slowly pull the string - just like with a tampon. You can do it both standing, squatting and lying down.
8. Clean your pinch balls and use a mild soap that will not damage the material.
9. Store your balls so they are protected from dirt and sunlight - but somewhere you can easily get hold of them again tomorrow.
Note If you have pain in the abdomen due to a herpes outbreak, infection or the like, give your abdomen a rest and wait with your squeezing exercises until everything is fine again.
